7 Prohibited Conduct

10 Limitation of Liability

- ivibet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- ivibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- ivibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ivibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- ivibet is not liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit ivibet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
