1 Acceptance of Terms

If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration and Security

- One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one ivibet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ivibet login credentials, including your username and password. - Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify ivibet immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.

You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals
The following terms govern all financial transactions on the ivibet Platform:
- Accepted Payment Methods: ivibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
- Currency: All transactions on the ivibet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your ivibet account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ivibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ivibet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

- ivibet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- ivibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- ivibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ivibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- ivibet is not liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit ivibet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Amendments to These Terms
